Bissell Big Green Flow Indicator Leaking

I ordered at around 11am and it was shipped about 4 30pm that same day and it got here in like 2 days. The previous issue i had was that the flow indicator was leaking solution with the hose in this one is not allowing water to flow to the in hose. Also the picture shows the same flow indicator as my original one the one i received was an opaque but same shape.
